The Feds need to stay out the business of making National Statues that accept a single state's crazy law into national rules. States Rights has a home in the country, if only to allow the most insane amalgamation of like minded people. Let it work itself out.
Check this out; Massachusetts is passing a law legalizing
Gay Marriage. So, it is the only state with that law. So,
all the Gay couples move to Massachusetts and therefore it
becomes the Gay State.
Oregon passes a law to Euphemize old people, so all the
money grubbing people, who will not legalize abortion, move their
parents to Oregon so they can steal their money. It becomes
the Death State.
Illinois passes a law that makes Blacks superior citizenry.
They are given rights above those of all other races.
It becomes the Black State.
Alabama passes a law that outlaws people of color from its
borders and it becomes the White State.
Colorado passes a law that denies California rights to the
Colorado river. California becomes the Desert State.
The Feds are making all these rules. Shouldn't they just let the individuals involved in a dispute solve it themselves. Buddha would approve, but it might be messy.
